Experiencing is the key to Knowledge

You experience when you experiment. There starts your cognition process and further doing refines the cognition to a higher state of recognition. Moving from the state of unconscious to the sub-conscious and then onwards to a state of consciousness is this process of knowledge or a heightened state of recognition. Whether it is an individual or an organization, this means not the impulses stored in your brain or your database but the ability of the senses to respond to a known or unknown stuuli and associate with to a set of impulses stored in the database or the brain and former a higher state of learning, recognition and therefore actionable change.
Experience here should not be mistaken for one years learning repeated over and over again. It rather alludes to that uniqueness or the newness.
